LiftTrack · AscentApps LLC · Version 1.9

Effective date: July 21, 2026 · Supersedes Version 1.8

Plain-English summary. LiftTrack is a strength-training tracker. We store the workouts, personal records, body metrics, and goals you log, plus your email address. We send your workout history to Anthropic’s AI to generate coaching suggestions and to answer your questions in the AI coach chat. We do not sell your data and show no ads. You can export or delete everything we store.
LiftTrack is not a medical or professional fitness service. Its AI coaching, calorie figures, and recovery flags are automated estimates, not medical, nutritional, or professional training advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise or nutrition program.

1. Who we are

LiftTrack is operated by AscentApps LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Arizona, distributed as a web app and an Android application. Contact: [email protected]

2. Information we collect

We do not collect your device location, your contacts, or payment card data, and we show no advertising.

3. How we use it

To store and display your training history; to generate AI coaching suggestions, plateau and recovery flags, and calorie estimates; to answer your AI coach questions; to keep your account secure; and to debug and improve the service. We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising. AscentApps LLC has no corporate parent, subsidiaries, or affiliates, and we do not share your information with any affiliate.

How your data is identified

Within LiftTrack’s own database, everything you log is keyed to an opaque, randomly generated account identifier issued by our login provider, Clerk. Our database contains no names and no email addresses. The mapping between that identifier and your real identity is held only by Clerk — we look your email address up from Clerk at the moment we need it, and we do not keep a copy. Your password and session tokens are never stored by us either.

This is pseudonymization, not anonymization. Your workout and body data remains linkable to you, and the content of what you log can itself be identifying in context. We describe the limit plainly rather than claim more than we can deliver. You retain full export and deletion rights over all of the data we store about you.

5. AI processing by Anthropic

LiftTrack’s coaching features are powered by Claude, an AI model provided by Anthropic PBC. When you generate a workout suggestion, a post-workout analysis, or use the AI coach chat, we send the relevant content to Anthropic’s API — typically your recent workout history, personal records, and the text of your question — and return the model’s response to you.

The AI coach chat is open-ended: whatever you type into it is transmitted to Anthropic. Please do not enter medical information, diagnoses, medications, or anything you would not want processed by a third-party AI provider.

Anthropic processes this content as an independent provider under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control how Anthropic handles data submitted to its API; for those details, review Anthropic’s Privacy Policy and Commercial Terms.

6. Connecting LiftTrack to Atisbo Health

You may optionally connect LiftTrack to our sibling app, Atisbo Health, so your exercise and calorie data flows there. This connection is entirely your choice and is off unless you turn it on.

You connect by creating a connection key inside Atisbo Health and pasting it into LiftTrack. That key is stored on your device only. It is never sent to, and never stored on, our servers, and we do not store your Atisbo Health account identifier or the email address of that account.

Nothing is sent automatically. When you tap “Send to Atisbo Health” on a workout, that workout — its name, date, duration, and estimated calories — is transmitted directly from your device to Atisbo Health, where the Atisbo Health Privacy Policy governs it. Our servers are not part of that transmission; we record only that the workout was marked as sent, so the status shows correctly on your other devices. You can disconnect at any time, which removes the key from your device; to make the key permanently unusable, revoke it in Atisbo Health as well.

Service providers

We share data only with the providers needed to operate the app, each acting on our behalf:

ProviderRoleWhat it receives
ClerkAuthentication and identity managementEmail address, credentials, account identifier.
CloudflareHosting, compute, D1 databaseAll stored data, primarily in the United States.
AnthropicAI model processingWorkout history, personal records, body weight, training goal, and your AI coach messages — not your name — as described in Section 5.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not restate or guarantee their practices here — for current details, review their own published policies: Clerk (Privacy, Terms) · Cloudflare (Privacy, Terms) · Anthropic (Privacy, Commercial Terms).

Links to third-party policies are provided for convenience; those companies maintain their own policies, which may change. If a link is out of date, the current version is available on the provider’s website.

Atisbo Health receives your exercise and calorie data only if you turn on the optional connection described in Section 6.

8. Storage and security

Your data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database behind Cloudflare Workers, primarily in the United States, and is not publicly reachable. Data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS; data at rest is encrypted by our infrastructure provider. Access requires authentication through Clerk. We process no payment card data.

AscentApps LLC is currently operated by a single individual, who may access your data only as needed to operate, maintain, debug, secure, or support the service — never for advertising, profiling, or sale.

No system is perfectly secure; we take reasonable measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Where LiftTrack is available

LiftTrack is offered only to users located in the United States, and is not available in Washington State. Our servers enforce this at the network layer: requests from outside the United States, and requests from Washington State, are refused (HTTP 451) before any account or data is accessed. We do not target or knowingly serve users outside this area. Availability is determined from your network connection; if you use a VPN or proxy, the location it presents is what applies.

9. Your rights

Because body weight, exercise, and calorie data may be consumer health data under Washington and Nevada law, additional rights — including an appeal process — are set out in our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.

10. Data retention

We retain the data you log for as long as your account is active. Technical error logs are deleted on a rolling schedule. When you delete your account, your workouts, records, settings, and account data are removed from our active systems. We retain a pseudonymized record of the legal agreements you accepted, so we can answer any dispute about what terms you agreed to.

Deletion and backups. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our active systems immediately. Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) keeps automated database backups for a limited period — currently up to about 30 days — purely as a disaster-recovery measure. Deleted data ages out of those backups on that schedule. We do not use backups to restore a deleted account.

11. Age restriction (18+)

LiftTrack is restricted to users aged 18 and over. Before you can create an account you must affirm, at a blocking gate, that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn that an account holder is under 18 we will terminate the account and delete the associated data.

The age gate asks for your date of birth, where you confirm: “By continuing, I confirm the date of birth entered above is accurate and that I am 18 years of age or older.” Your date of birth is used on your device only to check that you meet the minimum age — it is not transmitted to us or stored in our database. We keep only a record that the check passed: the minimum age applied, the version of the confirmation you accepted (age-gate-1.0), a cryptographic hash of that text, and the time.

12. International transfers & changes

AscentApps LLC is based in the United States; your data is processed in the United States. We may update this policy and will revise the version and effective date, notifying you in the app for material changes.
